Workshop Facilitation and Executive Coaching For Change

I am a professional coach and group facilitator with over 20 years' experience in consultancy, ten of which were spent with Coopers & Lybrand and PwC where I worked in Europe and North America with senior client management teams.

I set up Vision4Change Ltd in 1999 and have since continued to work with a wide range of Blue Chip clients.

I have an MBA and an MSc in Change Agent Skills And Strategies. As a result I have a practical and analytical approach coupled with an intuitive and creative manner. I am a Member of the Association for Coaching UK.

I have experience with a variety of individuals and groups with differing agenda and seniority.

How I will work with you

My role with client teams is to release their creativity so that they come up with ideas and solutions to issues and challenges facing them using their own resources.

I work on a client centred agenda ensuring they own their work and the process by which they achieve their results.

I work both at the individual and group level seeking to make change in an organisation.

My experience has taught me that a group's emotional needs must be met if they are to make progress on the task at hand and this is a very important aspect of my work in groups.

Thus the way things are approached is just as important as what is actually accomplished.
