Workshop Facilitation and Executive Coaching For Change

Do you have a problem or opportunity at work that you need some time and space to:
 
• gain new perspectives on?
• understand more fully?
• think about more creatively?
• try another way of approaching it?
 
Then this may be just what you need: A short, intensive workshop using proven creative approaches drawn from our client work.
 
In practice we'll flex the session to best respond to people's specific needs on the day. Building-blocks could include:
 
• Helping you understand and explore the problem more fully and understanding the causes (rather than the symptoms)
• Generating ideas from us and fellow participants, and contributing ideas to other participant’s problems.
• A slower-paced conversation, as a small group, about each person's issue
• Structuring these ideas to address the problem or take advantage of the opportunity.
 
In order that people can have quality time on their particular issue we will limit attendance to 6 – 8 participants
